Our Process
Frac Tanks
Javelina Field Services offers some of the most in-depth oil & gas field services in the industry, offering the client the possibility of full-service delivery, complete set-up, tank washouts, and even tank haul-off at the end of the job. The 500 bbl frac tanks available are safe and efficient, combining well-researched design and crew expertise to bring you the best tanks ready for immediate rental and delivery.
Poly Acid Tank
Using our winch trucks, Javelina is able to deliver poly acid tanks to your oil or gas field, as well as haul them back, quickly and efficiently. These tanks specifically are equipped with acid resistant coating, which makes them the perfect tank to utilize for chemical facilities or wastewater treatment plants. This 500 bbl frac tank can handle any type of corrosive or chemical material without sustaining damages or wear and tear. These tanks are especially cared for at Javelina with the optional option of a tank washout if necessary with a deep power washing.
Open Top Gas Buster Tanks
With the comprehensive variety of frac tanks offered at Javelina, we are able to cater our tanks to the needs of each client. The open top gas buster is widely used and widely appreciated as a quality and efficient tank. The gas buster is comprised of a gas vent line and liquid exit at the top and bottom of the tank, respectively. CO2, methane, or other unwanted gasses that have seeped into the vessel are expelled by this tanks functionality, allowing the capacity for 250 bbl and 500 bbl. The use of vacuum trucking to dispose of fluids or waste materials makes Javelina Field Services’ full services so comprehensive.
Vapor-Tight (sealed)
Customized frac tanks with vapor-tight capabilities are also available, as we at Javelina believe that it is important to meet each and every client’s specific needs. We offer 500 bbl vapor-tight (sealed) tanks perfect for oil & gas field services. This tank is readily available in our yard to be delivered to your field. Javelina is also prepared to service this tank with the offering of complete setup and haul-off services. Round-Bottom (double-manifold) Tanks
Even beyond what we are able to offer from our selection of tanks available in our yard, Javalina strives to expand the variety of tanks we are able to rent out to clients and to deliver. This is why 500 bbl Round-Bottom (double-manifold) tanks, or a number of other types of oil & gas tanks, are also readily available to be sourced and delivered to your oil or gas field. The round-bottom tanks make it easier to turn heavy fluids or mud. This product is easy to clean, but why should you have to clean them when Javelina offers complete tank cleanouts? You don’t!
